Zakham…

Jab koi zakham lagta hai tou ofcourse the first thing is kay dird hota hai and then blood may also come out……….immediately you try to wash it and put some “marham” on it and then try to bandage it…….us kay bad when it starts healing, tou basically it starts drying…..but here the problem comes that when it starts drying tou the pain becomes less but itching and restlessness becomes more in the wound (Zakham)…..and the dry wound develops a “Khurand” over it…(the dried blood)……that khurand brings in a lot of itching on the wound…..but the actual pain has ended by then….now there are two ways to end that itching and restlessness, one is that either you dig in the khurand…..you itch it and try to remove the khurand…this way its very painful for a short time but if you have courage you can just hold the khurand and remove it in a flash of a second….and you settle down after the scream J…..but if you don’t remove the khurand….then the restlessness and itching remains there in the wound for a much more time….but there is no pain of removing the Khurand…….but you just have to bear the itching for a longer time and then there is a time when the khurand removes itself and there you go healed completely……….. :)….

True for perhaps all types of wounds….. :) …
